my "black bear" finial

I was extremely delighted with the black bear finial. The quality is OUTSTANDING and it looks spectacular with my lamp shade with black bear scene in my rustic family room! I am totally jazzed about this item!
Lighting Universe was exceptionally professional to deal with. A customer service rep called me twice to confirm that my Internet order was exactly what I wanted. She was very pleasant and efficient....then my order arrived lickety split and in perfect condition! Lighting Universe....thank you, and keep up the good work and outstanding customer service!
