I ordered two lights. The first one came right away. The second one was delayed so I wrote customer support and got an e-mail back in a couple days saying the light was back ordered. The second light came within a few more days. All products were delivered fine and as specified on the web site. I will use this site again.

Only negative might be the overall packaging. The main box was smashed and not sealed well but the inside boxes were fine and the light looks great in our basement.

Having never purchased anything like a light fixture on line, I didn't really know what to expect just from a photo. It looks fantastic in our contemporay styled home, in fact much better than I had hoped for. My husband said it was easy to hang even though it is quite heavy.

    A: You can put 2 of the 12" stems together to make the fixture close to 31.625", which includes the pedant itself.

  • Q: How much light does this lamp provide - does it give enough light to light up a 100" dining table?

    A: This would only be 150 watt max. You would need double that for that size of table.
